“In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.” Genesis 1:1 NKJV
This sentence introduces us to God. It doesn’t explain who God is, where God comes from, or what God looks like. The Bible is not a cosmic history of all time, it's only focus is the story of God and humanity.
God is one of the names of our creator and the creator of everything that exists. The rest of the Bible tells us more about His character, His goals, and His mentality. All the stories of the Bible teach us about God in some ways.
But the Bible sticks to the important points. There are some very important pieces of information left out. The reason for that is so that we can discover those answers through a personal relationship with God.
The Bible starts off with the most important fact. We were created with love, on purpose by God
